Applications distributed through Google Play are also subject to Google’s own terms of service.

What we own

The applications, this website, and their content remain the property of Schewinski Labs. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Availability

Our applications and this website are provided as they are. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw an application at any time. Where an application is withdrawn, we say so in its listing.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Schewinski Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our applications or this website, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use an application after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Brazil.
